Tree Running - Do this If You are Bored with Running


To tell the truth, I don't like running very much simple, because I find it boring even if I listen something during.I know running is one of the most important activities for health, but this is how I feel.

Fortunately, I have just found a great video called TreeRunner which inspired me very much. This guy uses the trees to make his running more funny and adventurous.

I haven't had time to try this sort of workout, but I'm going to. Watch the video below, it is worth.
