Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of the biggest icons and now you can find out how he worked his abs. I have found a video about what sorts of abdominal exercises he did and another one which will show you how to do these exercises properly. The funny thing is that he did pretty common moves, mainly crunches and some variations.
