Lower Abs Routine to Get V-Cut Abs

It is not enough to get six pack abs a really attractive stomach has v-cut shape. There are several abdominal exercises which help to tone the lower abs very efficiently in order to get that v-shape. The best ones are certainly the various leg raises.

Here is routine which is especially for toning the lower part of the abs.It includes 3 sorts of exercises these are: Lying leg crunches, Lying leg plank, Lying leg raises - Do 10-20 reps and at least 3 sets.
