Fast Home Ab Workout Routine for Women

Don't you have time to go to the gym and train you abs? You can do a wide variety of exercises at home, too. You don't even need any equipment. Below is a great fast and effective abdominal workout to start with that contains the following exercises:

V Crunch - 30 secs / 15 sec rest
Leg Raises - 30 secs / 15 sec rest

How To Burn Stomach Fat Fast After Pregnancy

For most of the mothers getting back their shape after pregnancy is really hard. Unfortunately, many of theme give up. if you want to get your tummy shape back you should do the following.

Do cardio at least 3-4 times week. Walk, run, do aerobics. This will burn the belly fat. Do cardio at least 30 seconds per session.
