Here is How to Be Really Fit and Burn Belly Fat!

I've just found this video and this is a good example for how to combine bodyweight exercises and intensive cardio. People doing fighting sports  have great looking body and they are really fit. This is because they do body weight exercises combined with intensive cardio. I started to do similar workouts and I have great results! If you want to be fit and lean, you should start doing similar routines.
